Our Mission

Our mission is to develop services and strategies that mitigate the needs of disadvantaged single parents and their children by providing employment, education, and emergency support services, and thereby, reduce racism and discrimination.

The Brooks Foundation takes a leadership role in building the strength of our community through assistance, education and employment. The members of the Brooks Foundation are all leaders in the greater Portland community, working for change and betterment for our minority population.
