Welcome to the Brooks Foundation

Welcome to the Brooks Foundation. We aim to help disadvantaged single parents in our community by providing needed services, such as emergency financial, employment and educational support. This helps strengthen our community by helping individuals so they are better equipped to move forward and contribute positively. We aim to empower individuals in need and help them through tough times so they become stronger, and we aim to help reduce racism and discrimination through our efforts.

In Oregon we have over 122,000 single parents with children under the age of 18, and 65,000 of them live below the poverty level. 73,000 of those single parents are single women. The Brooks Foundation seeks to educate, empower and employ those who need it most.
